To make this dream a reality, we are seeking:
- A technically experienced engineer to guarantee the integrity of the structure.
- An experienced administrator of large-scale developments to ensure adequate financing is generated, manage the budget, and facilitate procurement. In addition, this person will oversee logistics, team leadership, and help nourish and support team members throughout the build and event activities.
- Additional applicants experienced in lighting design, sound engineering, and electrical prowess are encouraged to apply to add depth to the experience.
- Proposals to add a pyrotechnic element to the Horse welcomed.
